Drum roll please….The DAY OF!: As soon as you arise from your peaceful slumber beautiful bride-to-be today!, PLEASE devote enough time to just be still. No popping out of bed like a pop tart out of the toaster oven…you need to sit with yourself, give yourself enough time to wake up, and MEDITATE and/or do some gentle yoga stretches. This is CRUCIAL. Give yourself 15-20 minutes at the very minimum. As you meditate, once again, I want you envision how you want the day to go. Relive that daydream in your head over and over….and breathe consciously through out this practice as well as throughout the entire day.
*Shower…and sing while you’re in it! Singing brings good vibes and energy!
*Go to hair and makeup appointments: Take the time as you’re sitting there to JUST BREATHE. Also, wear a zipper up shirt/jacket when going for hair to simplify any mess-ups when changing into your gown.
*Dress carefully! You don’t want to rip your dress! Let your loved ones help you.
*Pick somebody to scope out the reception site, and to check in with you or somebody that can deliver the message directly to you that is with you. Have them make sure that everything is in order, from the centerpieces to the favors…the table arrangements and the table cards to be correct.
*Keep in mind all day, even if you have to carry a note with you that says this as a constant reminder to yourself….that this day is ALL ABOUT YOU. Enjoy it. Embrace it. You need no worry on your part, others are there to doll you all up. Enjoy being a model for the photographer. Even if you aren’t one of those people who love the spotlight, just try to get into the vibe on your wedding day. You deserve it…the spotlight…the photos…all eyes on you. This is YOUR day to SHINE. And if you had any day TO BE the center of attention, now is the time. Remember that.
*Last but not least, ENJOY yourself. And as I say that, I want you feel every little last syllable of the word and its‘ energy: E-N-J-O-Y.

Dignified Bride
Keep your self-esteem high, and confidence in check by being precocious towards your to-do list and everything you have to get done. Stay centered and focused as you handle each task. The end result will be a higher level of respect for yourself and all you have accomplished.
Maintain your thoughts to be clean. Stay calm, cool, and collected. Your thoughts are very powerful, so think all of which you wish to see come forth in your life and on your wedding day.
And remember…being a beautiful bride isn’t all about having a pretty face and having everything be perfect. It’s about your intentions, touch of class, grace, and poise. It’s about the elegance you carry, the love and compassion you radiate. So embrace who you are, even if you are the most eccentric bride…you are unique.
My last tip to you? Wear your invisible crown as you are whisked off to a wedded bliss. You are a balanced bride. And balanced…means beauty. And the bigger your heart, the more beautiful you are.
